At Brain · Body · Wealth, we know that life can take its toll and impact our mental health. We aim to help those who are finding things hard and are stuck trying to figure out what to do about it.
Hi, I’m Dr Gracie McLaven, a Clinical Psychologist and the brains behind Brain · Body · Wealth (can you tell that I’ve wanted to make that terrible joke for some time!)
Anyway, I specialise in empowering individuals and staff teams to prioritise their mental health and well-being to enable them to live a more fulfilled and successful life.
Many factors in today’s world can get in our way and leave us feeling depressed, anxious, and stressed (the list goes on).
I aim to share my specialist expertise from many degrees and years working in clinical and corporate settings. As well as utilise my personal experiences of being human and working in highly pressured workplaces to help as many people as possible with their mental health. I try to live authentically and fulfilled by connecting, playing, and nurturing my wellbeing. At times failing fabulously along the way, but that’s all part of it.
