Here at Brain · Body · Wealth we know that when it comes to mental health, one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why we have a range of services so you get to pick what suits you.
Therapy is a very personal decision and one that people don’t come to lightly. It can often take some time to find the right therapist. After all, the evidence shows that a good therapeutic relationship (how you get on with your therapist) is one of the strongest factors in the therapy being a success.
To ensure that Dr Gracie is a good fit for you she offers a free 15-minute discovery call. The aim of this is to get to know one another and ensure that Dr Gracie has the right skill set to support you at this time.
If it appears that Dr Gracie is not the best fit she does have connections with a network of incredible psychologists and clinicians and share these recommendations with you.
In 12 weeks I will help you to begin to master the overwhelm of spinning so many plates and the likely mental and physical crash that comes from doing too much for far too long.
Get access to the tools needed to reduce the impact of being a successful working mother and regain your sense of identity, without having to compromise the career you’ve built and the family you’ve nurtured.
The women I’ve worked with pride themselves on holding it all together, they put on a brave face to the world and mask how they are really feeling. They find themselves caught in a cycle of juggling it all and then crashing from the overwhelm, often finding that their physical health was impacted.
My mission is to help women manage the overwhelm and anxiety that comes from raising a family and building a career. My signature 1:1 programme gives you the tools to calm the overwhelm and live the successful life you’ve created.
We hope you never feel as though life isn’t worth living, but we know too well that lots of people do. Brain · Body · Wealth does not offer a crisis service, but here’s how you can get help if you or someone you know are in crisis.
